Most major bottled water distributor’s have the disclaimer, value options plans are for new customers only, one year service agreement required. All plans include some kind of energy “fee” and WORST OF ALL – if you don’t take 4 bottles and only take 2 you still pay for the 4. What kind of value is that? Plus once you sign, it’s $35.00 to $100.00 to get the services stopped.

• Often charge a “fee” to discontinue services
