Once the right service for you has been determined, Glacier Pure will arrange set-up of your services at a prearranged time and date. We will provide you with a service schedule of prearranged dates approximately two weeks apart upon set-up.
Please place empty bottles out on the scheduled delivery date and your route service provider will replace them as needed. Your route service provider will make any additional arrangements with you for your scheduled delivery approximately every two weeks.
All service providers carry additional products on their trucks to meet any additional service needs you may have on that scheduled day. You may leave a note with your empty bottles; e-mail us or call ahead to arrange for additional services at 951-683-3322.
Should your route service provider not have the additional service items requested, your RSP will arrange to come back at a convenient time to fill your additional needs.

We here at Glacier Pure also guarantee that once you become our Customer we will fill all of your service needs within 24 hours of your initial contact. If not your RSP, someone from our dedicated team will be there to take care of your requests.
New customers can also expect that same great service if they require set-up of new service within 24 hours of their initial contact and we here at Glacier Pure can often accommodate your request that VERY SAME DAY.
